NCAB Group is one of the leading PCB suppliers in Europe. The company was founded in 1993. Today, we have local presence in 17 countries in Europe, Asia and North America and customers in approximately 45 countries worldwide with a turnover of 550 (M) USD. Our products are mainly manufactured in China where we have an organisation for strategic purchase and Factory Management focusing on quality control and continuous development of our factories. This permanent role has come about due to progressive growth and expansion of our company. The successful candidate will provide administration/internal sales support to a friendly Sales team, with full responsibility of managing a growing group of UK accounts.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Responsible and full ownership of Internal Accounts
Order Management
Complete ownership of the order process.
Generate Purchase Orders / Sales Orders.
Manage and interpret customer forecasts.
Understand and provide customer status reports.
Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
Responsible for varying stock models
Aged Stock Control
Administration task
KAM (Key Account Manager - External Sales)
Working with all KAM's - external sales team
Assisted Customer visits
Key Management Contact
Build strong relationships with all customers
Liaise with customer on all aspects of the account management and coordinate and prioritise all customer enquiries
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Competent in using Excel (lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
Microsoft Dynamics D365
Customer Centric
Previous sales experience
Experience of working within a team
Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
Key Skills & Behaviours:
The ability to work in a pressurised environment
Excellent organisational and planning skills
The ability to work to tight deadlines

Job offers:
1. £26,500 annual salary
2. Pension – the company shall pay pension contributions at a rate of 4% of the gross basic salary as referred to in Clause 6.1 of the employment contract. (To be issued on agreement 3 months after the start date and confirmation of termination from previous employment). (Min 5% employee contribution)
3. 25 days holiday plus statutory leave days
4. Working hours:
o Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16.30pm
