We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Payroll Assistant to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Collating all travel allowances for payroll
Accurately inputting data into Excel spreadsheets
Ensuring all payroll entries and rates are correct
Processing payroll for circa134 permanent staff, plus additional bank staff on an as-needed basis
Running both weekly and monthly payroll cycles
Addressing payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepancies
Supporting the smooth operation of payroll processes with attention to detail and efficiency
Skills & Experience Required:
Proficiency in Excel - ability to create, manage, and manipulate spreadsheets
Sage 50 Payroll experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Previous experience in payroll administration preferred
Excellent communication skills for handling payroll queries
