We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy on a permanent, full-time basis. This role does include travelling and overnight stays on a regular basis as we are a national business covering the whole of the UK.
The successful candidate will help the business to maintain its Quality assurance certification together with ensuring compliance and verification to food and feed safety standards.
This will be performed by managing on site procedures, the supplier approval system process, auditing, training, liaising with consumers on terms and conditions and performance and ensuring the Quality Assurance procedures are maintained.

About You
Internal Auditors qualification or relevant experience in food or feed
Full Drivers license
Proven experience of working within an auditing role highly desirable
HACCP Level 2 high desirable
Food/Feed Safety experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Proven attention to detail
A natural and engaging communication style, demonstrating a passion and excellence for customer contact, developing trusting relationships both internally and externally
Ability to work on own initiative, making decisions, managing own workload and time
An effective team player
A polite, friendly, and professional person who is solution focussed and passionate about getting things right first time despite challenges and obstacles
Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Auditor your role will involve:
Producing a schedule and conducting internal audits and external audits of suppliers
Completing audit reports, implementing, monitoring, following up corrective actions and implementing preventative procedures where required
Writing/updating and implementing procedures in line with current certification requirements and customer demands
Collaboration with stakeholders and being involved in companies meetings
Maintaining specific HACCPs with review and maintenance
Monitoring suppliers based on performance and key criteria
Delivering training on food and feed requirements
Full use and promoting, encouraging and educating on the use of the QA Frontier database system to the wider business
