1st Line Support £12.92 per hour Remote, Nottingham 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday 6 Months Start date: January 2025 We have an exciting opportunity for 1st Line Support Agents to join our client based in Nottingham. We're looking for analytically minded candidates to support their service desk department for 6 months. This is an opportunity to work for a highly reputable and innovative company who are celebrating growth and expansion due to their continued market dominance. Duties will include: Working in a frontline support role to triage, process and resolve a high volume of tickets through an internal system Ensuring SLA's are met Collecting relevant information to ensure issues are resolved accurately Contacting clients via software, email or phone when needed Escalating more complex tickets where appropriate Skills and experience required: Naturally analytical and ability to problem solve 1 year of experience in a Help Desk role IT Proficient including SQL, Microsoft 365, Excel and Word Ability to prioritise tasks Experience in customer-focused positions An excellent communicator Additional Information : You will need to commute to the office in Nottingham on your first day to collect equipment/complete onboarding.
