Regulation and Compliance Team Administrator
Part time – Flexible (16-20 hours per week)

About the role:
In this role you’ll support the Regulation & Compliance senior management team with administrative tasks, in particular supporting administrative aspects of the team’s compliance programmes, training delivery/assurance and due diligence processes.
Other responsibilities may include:
1. Providing committee and steering group support including the collation and circulation of papers, recording minutes and action tracking.
2. Supporting the deployment of documentation and/or learning material, tracking completion/acknowledgements.
3. Managing the Regulation and Compliance SharePoint sites, maintaining and triaging the Drax Self-Service Portal (ServiceNow), and monitoring the Exiger Due Diligence System for red flag reporting.
4. Maintaining the Regulation and Compliance Records of Processing Activity (ROPA).
5. Supporting teams during peaks in data management/processing, such as Due Diligence Returns, Sustainability Data Returns, and reporting requirements.
6. Assisting the team with purchasing, travel, budget management, and other administration tasks.
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
1. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
2. Good organisational skills.
3. The ability to influence others without authority.
4. Analytical thinking and a willingness to ask questions.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
6. Ideally some experience in a similar role, although not necessarily in a regulation and compliance setting.
