About the Role
The reception team and service is central to residents with our client. The role of the team is to be the first point of contact for all residents and visitors and to provide a welcoming environment for all. We are now seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Officer to provide full reception services and administrative support to both extra care and residential care, to ensure a smooth-running reception area.
Youll be on hand to assist with residents, visitors, contractors and staff, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service is provided, and dealing with and re-directing telephone calls and queries. Youll process incoming and outgoing mail and receipt of deliveries, ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times and there is adequate supplies of up-to-date literature, ensure the digital information displayed on a TV at reception is always up to date and manage the bookings for guest rooms or any other general events bookings.
Youll provide a confidential typing and administrative support service to our client's management team i.e. typing of notices, labels, general correspondence, reports, notes of meetings, mail-shots, filing etc....
