We have one permanent vacancy within the Vitamin C Department working on dayshift.

This role sits within the Animal Nutrition and Health business unit, generating the nutritional premix and additives to mix into animal feed.

Your key responsibilities
1. Coaching and Training the Materials Handler Team in effective team behaviour and all aspects of Materials Handling.
2. The day to day running of a busy raw material warehouse and offloading raw material to comply with site SHE and Quality standards
3. Responsibility for monitoring and improving the performance of the team to ensure targets for goods receipt, inventory management and regulatory compliance are met or bettered.
4. Auditing the team performance to ensure that relevant GMP and site procedures are being adhered to and initiating training when skills gaps are identified.

You bring
9. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years relevant industrial supervisory experience.
10. An NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant subject would be desirable for this position.
11. You will be expected to have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
12. Candidates will require to demonstrate using drive, determination and enthusiasm to tackle problems and provide effective solutions.
