Location -HMP & YOI Doncaster
Salary - £30,326 per annum, pro rata
Hours - 35 hours per week (+5 hours paid lunch)

The role which will oversee Nacro's delivery of its Doncaster based Justice & Health contracts with direct reports, reporting to this role.
The purpose of this role is to successfully deliver against business objectives by developing a motivated and committed team, efficient and effective ways of working and a clear framework for measuring success. To hold a small caseload of service users.

Candidates would benefit from the following experience:
· Awareness of regulatory requirements in the health and justice field and where applicable, ensure that service delivery meets these requirements (HMPPS standards,CQC standards etc.)
· Understanding of contract KPI’s and the ability to scrutinise service performance and drive improvement where required
· Evidence of People Management skills
· Qualified to a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
· An approachable manner with the ability to build rapport and form trusted relationships with customers and outside agencies.
· Previous experience of working within a Managerial Role
· Desirable experience of working within the Health and Justice Sector
· Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high quality services
· Understand relevant legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) and ensure that this is implemented service wide
· Ability to engage with commissioners and stakeholders at a variety of levels to demonstrate service impact and influence future commissioning
