Are you passionate about shaping innovative products that make a real difference? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our eMar product. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, prioritise features, and ensure our product continually evolves to meet customer needs and market trends. What you’ll do:
1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for eMar, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
2. Manage the full lifecycle of eMar product features, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget releases.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and define requirements for new features.
4. Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, refine, and deliver high-impact features.
5. Lead product launches, ensuring effective communication, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch performance monitoring.
6. Drive data-driven decisions using analytics tools to assess product performance and guide future iterations.
7. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights to continuously enhance the product experience.
What you’ll bring:
1. Proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
2. Experience of working with eMAR products.
3. Strong understanding of product development methodologies, with a focus on agile principles.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
5. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
6. A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
7. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and SaaS business models is a plus.
