A leading insurance company based in Witney is seeking a proactive and organised Account Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. About the Role
You’ll work as part of a team of three Account Executives, providing vital administrative and customer service support to the Sales Executives. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and multitasking skills who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and coordinating client review appointments for Sales Executives.
* Managing diaries and ensuring efficient scheduling.
* Preparing all necessary documentation ahead of client meetings.
* Recording minutes during meetings.
* Handling inbound client calls, resolving general inquiries with care and professionalism.
* Making changes and updates to client policies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Background in insurance, banking, or financial sales is advantageous.
* Strong ability to adapt to new systems and databases quickly.
* A team player with a willingness to contribute to a close-knit team environment.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
