Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at Chesham Primary School. We are seeking a supportive and proactive individual who is passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
* Help prepare and maintain a stimulating learning environment.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
* Support the social and emotional development of pupils.
* Participate in school events, activities, and meetings as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
