We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join us in Bradford on a fixed term contract for 12 months
Within this role, you will support the Virgin Media/O2 People Team and the Project Delivery Specialists to deliver Projects and other Change Initiatives against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards.
In this expansive role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, such as data validation, the distribution of internal focused communications and management of project documents. There is also management of employee resources via the intranet site ‘SharePoint’ that is a key deliverable for the team.
What will you be doing?
This is a broad role where you’ll have ongoing responsibilities (communications and intranet management) as well as being assigned to support on specific projects; offering you insight and exposure into the full project lifecycle.
1. Support Project Delivery Specialists with risk and issue management, project reporting, action management and project plans
2. Work in collaboration with key stakeholders and building relationships to ensure excellent service is provided and that each experience is consistent and of the highest quality
3. Support the maintenance of Project documentation, processes and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and on-going delivery of these activities
4. Create and deliver training for People Services, People Admin and Payroll teams against all projects to enable them to effectively manage employee queries
5. Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework linked to projects
6. End to end management of Virgin Media O2 People Intranet (SharePoint) pages ensuring relevant, timely and accurate content is made available to all Employees
7. Delivery and co-ordination of Intranet content management audits
8. Management of all Employee Services BAU communications including partnering with Internal Communications teams to ensure holistic comms visibility across the company
9. Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics for project administrative tasks

10. Proven administration skills in an energised hybrid environment

12. Competent at managing stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships and expectations
13. Ability to deal with complex queries, while recognising the appropriate need for escalation
14. Flexible to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
15. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly to meet expectations
16. Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Desirable:
17. Experience in a project delivery environment (business readiness/PMO)
18. Experience in Communications or Content management
19. Experience in HR
20. Experience in Project Admin roles
