Description:
The Legal Administrator will be responsible for handling tasks related to inbound legal inquiries received via phone and email. This role involves assisting with the administration of significant legal cases. You may have heard of the Post Office, PPI, and Diesel emissions scandals. It is cases such as these that you will be helping people with.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Managing and executing administrative tasks associated with inbound legal inquiries which will involve handling incoming calls & emails from clients
2. Making calls to clients to request missing or incomplete information
3. Taking notes of calls from clients and accurately entering them on to the CRM system to update client records
4. Providing support for the administration of legal cases involving all documentation management including drafting client correspondence under the supervision of solicitors and/or litigation managers
5. Ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients
Qualifications and Requirements :
6. Demonstrated reliability and proficiency in administrative tasks
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
9. Excellent time management skills, an appreciation of deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
10. A genuine interest in law and practice
11. Office administration experience in a professional setting is essential and any previous experience in a legal setting is desirable
