With a developing consumer base, our client is looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their alarm activation team. Our client is one of the UK's leaders in property and site security.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will develop, grow, and maintain a portfolio of clients, effectively managing the customer journey from a security and advice point of view. Due to continued success, our client has grown over 30% in the last calendar year. Would you like to grow with them? This is a role not to miss with an employer who will invest in you.
If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience, this is the position for you. The nature of our client's business within the alarm activation team requires the staff to work on a 4 on 4 off rota from 07:00 am - 19:00 pm.

This Customer Support Administrator role will hold the following responsibilities:
* Managing customer relationships, arranging quotes, and relationship management
* Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
* The processing and action of work orders compiled by their clients
* Managing a portfolio of clients' requests and providing aftercare
* Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices
* General administration duties
* Handling complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process
The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Administrator role will hold the following skills and experience:
* Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential
* Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
* A progressive and professional mindset with the desire to grow
* Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail
* Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Able to multitask and prioritize workload
* Full UK Driving License
