Manage and plan creative projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Oversee the execution, and delivery of various creative assets and content; ensuring they are executed to the highest standards across a variety of mediums and channels. How do we work? The internal Creative Services team is responsible for delivering creative material and content for all of OANDA’s marketing channels, including both creative projects and BAU Marketing campaigns in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will be reporting to the Studio Manager, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, as well as with creative teams such as creative directors, designers, copywriters, and content editors, understanding the requirements quickly, planning resources and tasks required and providing clear project plans and timelines. The team works remotely, but we occasionally meet at our office in London. In this role you will: Build and manage project tasks, plans and timelines Resourcing and assigning the correct members of the team against the briefs in collaboration with Creative SLT and planning required time/effort for each task. Ensure detailed project, implementation or actions plans are created and shared for each project as appropriate Track and monitor project progress, identify potential project risks and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders Driving and maintaining quality standards across the delivery and production of all work in collaboration with Studio Manager, Checking and ensuring all project deliverables are on brand, correct specs and are delivered on time What skillset do you need to be successful in this role? Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative project management, preferably in an internal creative team, creative agency or marketing department. Proficiency in effective creative project setup, planning, resource control and reporting. Proven track record working in a fast-paced production environment, successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills (English language written and verbal). Demonstrates a passion for the creative process and understands the fundamentals of creative workflow and tools Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging projects and short deadlines.
