Welcome to Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services (BSPS), one of the country’s largest and most respected NHS Pathology networks. Our focus on clinical excellence makes this the perfect place for you to progress as a professional. Our friendly, supportive, and open culture creates a unique environment to support great patient care.
We are proud to be NHS managed and driven to deliver the best quality service for our patients, striving to be the benchmark for other Pathology services to follow. BSPS is a joint venture forming a patient-centered pathology network with a clear vision: to provide an integrated and modern pathology service with employee well-being and development at its heart.
The complete service model is based on a multi-site strategy that delivers both routine and specialist in-house testing while providing fast results to patients. Our success depends on professionals who are meticulous about clinical excellence, patient-centered service, and personal development. In return, we promote knowledge sharing, training, and an open culture.
