Job Duties:
1. Assist in teaching and learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher
2. Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
3. Work with children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
4. Provide assistance in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) settings
5. Contribute to classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
6. Graduate in Psychology
Education:
7. Degree in Psychology
Experience:
8. Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
10. Knowledge of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support strategies
11. Familiarity with working with children with ADHD
12. Ability to work effectively in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 environments
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Additional training or qualifications in SEN support
Working Conditions:

15. Work within a school environment in Esher, Surrey
16. Collaborate with teaching staff and support students in various educational settings
