We are recruiting for an Internal Account Coordinator for a manufacturing company based Basildon, Essex. This is a 12 month maternity leave contract, so you need to available immediately or maximum 2 weeks notice. There is a possibility the role could then become permanent. As an Internal Account coordinator you will be the key point of communication for customers and other members of the team. You will provide regular updates, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues as a matter of urgency, communication is key, as is a proactive approach and good initiative to overcome difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead point of contact for allocated customers' portfolio
* Ensuring the customer is kept updated with the latest schedule of their order
* Communicating with Production Management daily to ensure the production schedule runs as smoothly as possible
* Attend daily production meetings, and making amendments as required
* Answering customer enquiries efficiently and/or referring to the appropriate department
* Generating works orders as per the customer’s schedule
* Comfortable in teams-based meetings with customers
* Proactive ensuring the highest standard of customer care
* Running monthly reports, flagging risks and potential financial losses
