What’s the role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Bicester Village on a permanent full time as our Sales Manager, who is responsible to support & drive the team to represent our values. To also prioritise the customer, making sure they feel appreciated and valued
Responsibilities
Who you are
1. You’ll have experience in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment or hospitality setting
2. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Be motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals
4. Be a team player
5. Ability to work under pressure
What you’ll be doing
6. Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
7. Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products
8. Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and other members of management
9. Maintaining visual standards
10. Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
