Lead Promotions Coordinator
£28,000 to £33,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
We’re looking for a Lead Promotional Coordinator to join us at Nisa. We’ll look to you to manage the effective co-ordination of the Wholesale promotional programme. You’ll make sure all details are pulled together and communicated correctly to our partners within the required timelines, whilst also developing a plan to help translate Co-op member activity into a specific program of deals for our Wholesale customers.
What you’ll do
1. Support the management of the Nisa promotional process
2. Manage all promotional data and summaries
3. Make sure all promotional information is accurate and communicated appropriately
4. Communicate updates to promotional packages with Co-op and wider Nisa teams, making sure publications are fully accurate
5. Manage promotional partner allocations
6. Provide detailed promotion analysis along with key summaries for wider business distribution
7. Monitor competitor activity and provide updates on key promotions in the market
This role would suit people who have
8. Experience working with promotions and an understanding of how to develop plans
9. Excellent understanding of all Microsoft Office programmes
10. Excellent organisational and administration skills
11. The ability to create accurate data reports
12. The ability to communicate in a clear and effective way, both verbally and in writing
