Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - Overview:
A locally known Estate Agency not only responds to customer enquiries, but also helps generate property valuations and other business opportunities such as financial services, conveyancing and lettings. You will be supporting a very experienced Call Centre Manager who has been with the operation for well over 5 years.

Ideally you will have worked as a Team Leader in a similar sales and customer service environment. You will be commercially aware with the ability to drive the business forward and add value. A previous, proven sales career and the ability to coach and motivate people at pace is key, as is strong target management in a fun and happy atmosphere.
Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - The purpose of the centre is:
1. Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs.
2. Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your lettings or financial services colleagues.
