Contract: Part time, permanent. Hours are half of full time equivalent, which is 18.75 hours per week. There is a lot of flexibility as to days and starting and finishing times.

HR Advisor – About the role:
Superglass is a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation. We currently have an opportunity for a part-time HR Advisor to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.
This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on ER, recruitment, onboarding and the well-being agenda. The role is to provide excellence in advising and coaching line managers on employee relations issues while upholding diligence to employment legislation and case law.
Accountabilities:
1. Ensures Health, Safety and Well-being of self and shows commitment to ensuring that safety is our number one priority;
2. Collaborating with other HR colleagues to provide a full cycle generalist service to the business;
3. Maintain records and trackers on key activities;
4. Advising on good practice and leading in employee relations and engagement;
5. Coach and support line managers on people management issues;
6. Managing ER case load, creating accurate notes and outcome letters;
7. Contribute to modernisation of HR processes and alignment with global HR policy;
8. Develop and deliver well-being agenda.
What we need from you:
1. You will need to have at least five years’ experience as an HR Advisor;
2. CIPD qualification to at least level 5 preferred;
3. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint and open to learn more;
4. Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law including GDPR;
5. Experience of HRIS preferably SAP Success Factors;
6. Attention to subtle detail and nuance;
7. Ability to make evidence-based decisions;
8. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
