Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our IT Service Desk as an Analyse Team Leader.
The successful candidate will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and be responsible for providing leadership and direction within the Analyse and Triage department.
This role is a key position in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our service desk, and we are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Analyse and Triage team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the service desk
* Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve individual and team goals
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
* Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
* Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
