GSL Education are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Newham. This full-time, long-term role starts on 6th January 2025 and offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive school community.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children on the Autism spectrum in both one-to-one or small group settings, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive setting.

Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide targeted support to students with Autism within the school's SEN provision.
Assist in implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs).
Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for all students.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO and other staff members to support students' needs.
