Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
* Provide expert advice on our range of timber products and solutions to meet customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or timber industry.
* Strong knowledge of timber products and construction processes is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
