I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator for my client based in the Keighley area due to expansion. You will be joining a small team of 3 and the role is 100% office-based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (there can be some flexibility around these hours).
Main duties
* Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
* Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
* Credit Control duties
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Office management including placing orders for office and customers
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.
* Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
* Previous experience in finance administration (Essential)
* Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
* Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools. (Preferred)
* Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. (Essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. (Essential)
