At Pollock (SCOTRANS) Ltd, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving growth in the logistics industry our busy Bathgate Depot.
The position of Customer Service Manager involves:
1. Oversee and nurture relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
2. Collaborate closely with depot managers to align strategies and ensure seamless customer service delivery.
3. Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with their expectations.
4. Leading our small Customer Service Team, office based and external at customer sites. Authorising holiday requests and maintaining suitable office cover, coordination of activities including, Daily Service Reports, OTIF, KPI Monitoring.
5. Liaising with our traffic department and customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
6. Being responsible for the efficient and effective completion of all administrative tasks to ensure all invoicing processes can be completed without delay.
7. Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
8. Using various internal/external IT systems.
