The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have the ability to inspire and engage students in the subject of Business Studies. This role involves teaching Business Studies to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, preparing them for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
2. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take ownership of their learning.
4. Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and integrate new teaching strategies and technologies.
5. Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and professional development activities.
6. Support the school's ethos and policies, contributing to the wider school community.
Qualifications and Experience:
7. A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
9. Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary school level.
10. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
