Role Overview: The QC Analyst will support the Quality Control laboratory by performing day-to-day testing of the company's own DNA products and environmental monitoring of the GMP facility. This role involves collaboration with operational departments to meet Quality and product requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform QC testing on raw materials and finished products using molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemistry techniques (e.g., bioburden, endotoxin, gel electrophoresis, pH, HPLC/UPLC). Conduct environmental monitoring of the GMP facility. Carry out reagent preparation, sample and goods receipt, procurement, equipment verification, and housekeeping activities. Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards. Reporting Line: Reports to the QC Manager and supports the Head of Quality Assurance. Requirements: Degree in a scientific discipline (MSc preferred). Experience in a GMP environment. Strong knowledge of QC processes, ideally in microbiology. Proficiency with techniques such as Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, Gel Electrophoresis, and/or HPLC/UPLC. Practical experience with aseptic techniques.
