Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, develop and manage the front of house, cleaning and maintenance teams to be the best they can be every day.
2. Take responsibility for health and safety, cleaning and maintenance for the club to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
3. Deal with customer queries and ensure customers have a fantastic customer experience.
4. Work with other departments to ensure that they are always running smoothly.
5. Manage the club on a shift basis as Duty Manager opening and closing the club.
6. Support the General Manager with the overall running of the club.
Person Specification:
7. Outgoing, engaging personality with a hands-on approach to leadership and can do attitude
8. Impeccable standards and a real eye for detail.
9. A Passion for delivering 5-star service and obsessive about operational standards.
10. Exposure to managing high volume health club/gym operations preferably with wet side experience.
11. Bags of fitness industry experience possibly as a General Manager, Leisure Club Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Front of House Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Duty Manager ready to step up.
12. Have your own transport and live within easy reach of Warrington.
13. Flexible to work a range of shifts during your contracted 40-hours a week including early shifts (5am start!), late shifts (11pm finish) and one in three weekend's.
