Location: Carleton clinic
Salary:
Day- £15 /hour
Night- £18 /hour
Sunday/bank holiday- £24 /hour
Employment Type: Part-time
Role Overview:
In this advanced role, you will provide specialized support to patients experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging your skills to implement care plans, monitor progress, and engage patients in their recovery journey. Your contributions will be vital in fostering an environment of healing and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients with diverse mental health needs.
* Collaborate with health care professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Conduct assessments of patient's emotional and physical well-being and report findings.
* Facilitate therapeutic activities and interventions, promoting patient engagement and participation.
* Support the development of risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students as needed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months UK HCA - Health Care Assistant experience in the past 3 years [Preferably in the NHS]
* Full in-date DBS
* Right to work in the UK
* Training and immunisations
