Health and Wellbeing ManagerWhat you will enjoy doingThis is an exciting brand-new opportunity within the BOC business to own their occupational and industrial health area and lead a strategic review of their health and wellbeing provision, design and implement an action plan, whilst delivering cultural change and improvement
You will work with their Occupational health providers and other key areas of the business to meet the needs of thepany and their employees Collaborating with others, you will ensure our policies adhere to the latest best practice, pre-screening checks are carried out and required actions are taken Using the occupational health information, you will share key absence trends, highlight underlying issues, and provide potential solutionsYou will support their managers withplex medical reviews, rehabilitation of employees, their sites health needs and by providing advice, guidance, and training Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing their regional health & wellbeing strategy and implementing the programs and initiatives as part of thatBOC are passionate about being transparent and engaging with their employees on health and wellbeing topics, which requires you tomunicate effectively with employees and leadership on health and wellbeing, developing learning and training programmes as well as leading promotional campaigns and events
What makes you greatYou have at least five years’ experience within a Health & Safety, HR, occupational health, or clinical type roleYou are passionate about health and wellbeing and can inspire, influence and drive engagement of others across an organisation A working knowledge of organisational psychology or workplace wellbeing theory and models would be desirable for this roleFurthermore, you use an analytical mindset to solve problems and have an ability and passion to implement strategic changeYou have excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence at all levels If you have project management experience, this would be an advantage but is not an essential
