Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Ashford. We are recruiting for an experienced and forward-thinking Internal Recruitment Administrator-Coordinator. This is a full-time and permanent position working for a well-established care company. This is a very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Salary: £24,674 pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Make and receive calls relating to application forms and vacancies throughout the region.
2. Advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boards and refresh regularly via our ATS System.
3. Respond to all new applications made via our ATS System.
4. Sift and forward CVs to Hiring Managers in line with the requirements of the role and job description.
5. Arrange and send out correspondence to candidates for interviews.
6. Liaise with Service Managers & employees to ensure the receipt of the correct Right to Work and DBS documentation is received within specified timescales.
7. Request and chase references verbally and via the ATS System.
8. Ensure full compliance of files for new starters prior to offering and confirming start dates.
9. Upon receipt of a DBS, ensure it is documented and filed as quickly as possible, and retained as required in line with Data Protection regulations.
10. Update and maintain a Resourcing tracker, which should be reviewed daily.
11. Update Hiring Managers on the progress of all candidates throughout the onboarding stage regularly.
12. Ensure that all services are issued with accurate, compliant pro-formas.
13. Liaise with managers and employees regarding any Resourcing issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
14. Communicate and escalate any issues or changes.
15. Participate in team meetings and undertake training as required.
16. Undertake any other administrative duties as appropriate to the post.
17. Responsible for own Health & Safety and ensure a safe working environment for colleagues.
18. Attend supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organization's staff appraisal system.
19. Attend Service Visits as required.
20. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
To be successful within our team, we're looking for candidates who are happy to pick up the phone and have clear and confident communication skills. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, coupled with good typing skills and a keen eye for detail, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
