Job Description:
We are seeking a compliance officer based in our Kings Hill Office to work for an established Recruitment agency placing Qualified Social Workers.
As a compliance officer you will assist the team and support the business with compliance and vetting, whilst following strict internal processes and external guidelines.
Overview of the role:
To work closely with the consultants in understanding their needs to enable the most efficient clearing and onboarding process
Process DBS’s via online portal
Complete update service registration checks
Email registration compliance packs
Ensure GDPR and safeguarding compliance regulations are followed and to make your manager aware of anything that could impact the business
Verify documentation and conduct the correct and required checks to ensure candidates comply with 3rd party requirements as well as the business
Update live compliance tracker
Send out references and chase regularly
Verify completed references
Send out company or 3rd party forms via RSign
Send out daily/weekly updates to consultants
Daily organisation and tidying of emails/documents
Any other AD hoc related to the role
