This role will play a key part in providing the wider business with operational reports through accurate data manipulation and processing. Your new roleDay to day administrative tasks may include (but not limited to) working with spreadsheets, data, reporting and report creation, data presentation, financial reconciliation, document creation, document storage and retrieval, contract administration, job transactions, systems transaction management. Liaising with external contractor organisations and suppliers where required to obtain necessary information, evidence or clarification; Adhere to all legal, statutory, financial regulations and best practice regarding the purchasing function in all aspects of service delivery. What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience of working confidently & accurately with large volumes of data, spreadsheets, documents and computerised systems, preferably in a compliance or housing environment.
