Customer Service Administrator
As Customer Service Administrator, you must be organized, friendly, proactive, and confident. The role will involve frequent contact with customers & clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting with general administration.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling customer inquiries via phone & email.
2. Maintaining and updating customer records in our core system.
3. Proactively calling vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss.
4. Accurately logging all customer interactions.
Objectives
1. Deliver first-class customer service to ensure an industry-leading customer journey.
2. Assist customers & clients promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain a solid relationship with all internal departments/staff members.
Essential Skills / Experience
1. Good customer service skills.
2. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
3. Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
7. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
8. Multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
