About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant, youll be an integral member of a small, collaborative team of three, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Our Finance Manager is known for being dynamic, approachable, and supportive, offering a work environment that values independence and avoids micromanagement.
Principal Responsibilities:
Banking and Sales Ledger
* Post all bank payments and receipts to Rezlynx and Sage.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations.
* Handle a small amount of credit control.
Purchase Ledger
* Post supplier invoices and maintain electronic filing.
* Review the previous months invoices in preparation for monthly accounts.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Manage the supplier purchase ledger procurement system.
* Track agency invoices.
* Process agency reports.
Reporting
* Enter daily revenue data on food and beverage flash reports.
* Input key performance metrics.
* Enter and reconcile revenue reports.
General
* Perform any ad hoc duties within the job holder's capabilities.
