Class People are currently supporting a local educational establishment in the recruitment for a Behaviour and Attendance Officer to join their team on a temp to perm, full-time basis working term time only.
What are the roles and responsibilities for the Behaviour and Attendance Officer?
* You will help students to manage their behaviour by producing support plans, attending behavioural meetings and removing from lessons when needed.
* To provide individual/ small groups of students behavioural and attendance management strategies to improve their ability to succeed within school.
* You will analyse student attendance and monitor for persistent absences – working collaboratively with the attendance and welfare team to devise and implement intervention strategies.
