I am currently working with an International Technology business who are a market leader in Design and Production. This is a part-time contract (2-3 days per week) and an amazing opportunity to put your own stamp on a business that is going through a substantial amount of growth! You will work closely with the CEO to deliver on the following:
1. International Growth/Hiring strategy
2. Conduct GAP analysis on current HR processes and systems
3. Provide solutions to the business and oversee the delivery of findings
4. Development of the People Management/Engagement strategy
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be CIPD Level 5 or 7 *
