My client, an established support service with an excellent reputation, is looking to recruit a diligent Administrator to assist the HR team
Duties will include but not be limited to;
* Monitor HR mailbox
* Answer internal calls
* Organise and maintain personnel records
* Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
* Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
* Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
* Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organise a job fair event)
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
* A background within a similar role
* Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
* Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible)
Immediate start
This is a home based role with a requirement to attend the office in Chorley twice / month
