Duties:
* Invoicing Customers
* Daily and Monthly reporting of financial figures to GEL management team
* Reconciliation and verification of invoiced figures against Sage system
* General office duties including answering the telephone and filing
* Any other duties as dictated by the needs of the business
* Providing some holiday cover for other administrative roles as required
Requirements:
Experience of Microsoft packages
Experience of invoicing work is preferred
Flexible mindset and approach to tasks
