Business Analyst
Location: Cheltenham, UK (We welcome applicants from across the EMEA Region)

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst for Spirax Group IT will work across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of the technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work in partnership with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and implement solutions that meet the business needs.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Working collaboratively with wider Group IT Project Management Office, supporting IT areas such as Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace and Collaboration
2. Establishing and putting in place elements of business analysis, such as business case, project scoping and requirements gathering
3. Gathering and analysing data, supporting business case creation and performing impact assessments during early phase of projects
4. Requirements gathering and refinement & working collaboratively with stakeholders such as project managers and technical architect/delivery teams
5. Provision of training to users and/or trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer to BAU teams at the close of projects
Your previous experience is likely to include….
6. Business Analyst experience within IT, or working within similar roles/sectors
7. Dealing with and communicating with people from all levels of the business
8. Identifying and mapping technology requirements against strategic objectives
