About the Job

As a Transport Supervisor you will deliver cost effective and compliant transport operations. In the role you will develop the transport function and plan, co-ordinate, supervise, and report upon the work activities within the transport operation; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development in such a way that the operational effectiveness of the business is maintained, and that all daily targets are met.

1. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislative and corporate requirements relating to transport.
2. Manage cost and service in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators.
3. Ensure quality standards are maintained in line with OTIF measures.
