Robert Half is recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator, on behalf of a global business based in London.
The role will be on site and is initially for a 2 week period with a potential opportunity leading to further opportunities. The hourly rate for this role will be between £15 - £17 depending on experience.
This role will entail providing quality customer service to visitors, providing security awareness and knowledge of general health and safety, manage all requests that come into the facilities help desk.
Specific duties will include -
1. Provide customer service to visitors
2. Support reception team where needed
3. Booking meeting rooms for visiting clients
4. Handle incoming mail enquiries
5. Process PO's & work orders
6. Support the Facilities Manager with health and safety & Fire safety procedure
You will need to have previous experience within a Facilities role to be considered for this role and available to start immediately while committing to the length of the contract length.
