We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Cardiff, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be working in a community pharmacy in Culverhouse Cardiff you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day. Full-time 36 hours per week or part-time 30 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:
12. Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers
13. Play an active role in our charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
14. Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
15. Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries
16. Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
17. Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we’re always there to meet our customers’ needs.
What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Manager:
18. Pharmacy Degree.
19. You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
20. GPHC registration.
