Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £50, + £24, OTE + Car allowance
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with early finish Fridays!
Overview
This role is part of the Management Team of the business. The overall aim of this role is to grow revenues and profit for Premier Accounts New Business Department, operating at both strategic and a tactical level planning the future direction of the team and executing that plan. This is an office based role, however will include travel in the UK.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for management and growth of the team
2. Responsible for management, motivation and performance of the lead generation and sales team
3. Responsible for coaching and development of the team to ensure continuous improvement and success for everyone
4. Maintain appropriate systems for measuring and reporting all aspects of activity / sales performance
5. Access market opportunities for the division to ensure sales are maximized
6. Identify and develop new business sales
7. Own and manage the sales pipeline at a level that enables the targets to be consistently achieved
8. Work closely with the marketing and product functions of the business to ensure campaigns are developed and executed alongside sales activities.
9. Work with management on other aspects of the business as part of the management team.
