We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.
This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm)
Duties:
* Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
* Providing excellent customer services to leaseholders and residents.
* Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
* Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval.
* Producing Notices and Letters
* Taking minutes when required at meetings.
* Attending weekly staff meetings.
* Registering staff sickness/absence.
* Printing Reports.
* Maintaining register.
* Inspection of buildings
* Any other tasks to support the administration of the business.
