Our superb client based in Ely, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join them in their Commercial Property department working on a full time (8.) or part time basis (hours to be determined) Monday – Friday.
As Paralegal, you will be responsible for
1. Researching for legal cases
2. Preparing and drafting legal documents
3. Handling confidential client or case information
4. Creating reports for Solicitors based on case specifications
5. Conducting interviews with clients and providing them with legal information
6. Monitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and submitting reports on pertinent changes
7. Contacting courts to obtain evidence and transcripts
8. Organising legal files
9. Undertaking general office work
To be considered for the role of Paralegal, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a paralegal within commercial property. You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and will thrive on working as part of a team.
In return our client is offering a salary of c£28,000-£29,000 (further consideration will be given if longer experience), flexible holiday, pension, death in service benefit, career development and progression, charity events and much more. Hybrid working model could be offered following induction and training period providing sufficient ability to work unsupervised.
