Job Title: Experienced Administrator (Short-Term Contract) Location: Aberdeen Contract Duration: 3rd December 2024 – 3rd January 2025 Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrator to provide support during a short-term contract in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations for travel, bookings, and internal communications across the team. Key Responsibilities: Travel and Accommodation Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for company personnel. Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently, keeping within budget and ensuring the comfort of employees. Provide itinerary details and manage any last-minute changes or adjustments. Internal Communications Support: Act as a point of contact for internal communications within the company. Disseminate key information to team members and assist with organising internal meetings or events. Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and meeting materials. General Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments. Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and email correspondence. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong background in travel booking and internal communications. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
