Are you skilled in supporting and analysing financial applications? Join our team as a COINS Analyst to help ensure smooth and efficient operation of our core financial and commercial systems, with a primary focus on COINS ERP.
Key Objectives:
* Provide daily 3rd line support and administration of COINS ERP and other core financial systems.
* Collaborate with the service desk to resolve issues effectively and support system changes and improvements.
* Act as a trusted consultant to internal teams, delivering efficient assistance, analysis, and application maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer COINS ERP, managing user setup, access maintenance, and core modules across Finance, Commercial, HR, Payroll, Plant & Fleet.
* Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, perform fault analysis, and lead change management tasks.
* Oversee system upgrades, UAT management, and coordinate with Careys IT team for infrastructure support.
* Maintain governance standards, enhance system performance, and support data analysis using tools like Power BI.
* Manage ETL processes via COINS BI Analytics, and liaise with 3rd-party vendors for issue resolution.
Person Specification
* Experience in COINS ERP, ERP maintenance, and financial systems support.
* Technical knowledge in application platforms, IT hardware/software, and financial processes.
* ITIL certification (preferred), degree in Computer Science, and familiarity with integration and web services.
* Analytical and problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
* Organisational skills: Excellent time management, with the capacity to prioritise and execute tasks to meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail: High degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting, with a focus on maintaining system integrity.
* Communication skills: Ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical users, and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* Customer-oriented approach: Committed to providing exceptional service and support, with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Our story starts in 1969 with three brothers and a van.
John, Tom and Pat Carey moved to London from Ireland and started a groundworks contracting company in London called PJ Carey Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd.
Their aspirations at the time were reflective of the values of the Carey Group today – to care about everything they did, to act with humility in all interactions, to be passionate about their work and be authentic at all times.
The Carey Group remains a family-owned construction business, operating across the UK and Ireland.
